OEM vs private label luggage

OEM means you bring the design. The factory cuts, sews, and packs to your spec. This is the usual path for brands that already sell and need a stable supplier.

Private label means you pick a running style, change color, logo, and lining, then sell it as your line. It is faster when you need a first container without a full tech pack.

Both paths still need a sample sign-off. We keep the sample in the workshop until the bulk lot is packed, so the carton you receive can be checked against the bag you approved.
